Chia Mango Pudding

This delicious recipe is a refreshing and original idea! It can be eaten as a desert or simply as a snack.


Servings: 2
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 10 mins + 1hr refrigeration

– 1 cup of unsweet enriched soy beverage
– 1 ripe mango, diced
– ¼ cup of chia seeds

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight)
3. Enjoy!

Why choose enriched soy beverage?
Enriched soy beverage is a great alternative for cow milk. It has similar macronutrients to milk, like protein and carbohydrates, unlike other plant beverages that usually do not contain much protein.
