Green Smoothie Bowl

Here is a quick and easy breakfast idea! No cooking needed! This bowl, rich in fibers and antioxidants will help keep you full until your next snack or meal.

Preparation time: 15 mins

– ½ cup of baby kale
– 1 cup of spinach
– 1 banana
– ½ green apple
– ½ cup of milk or enriched almond beverage
– ⅓ cup of instant oats
– 2 tbs of almond butter
– 1 tbs of flax seeds
– 1 tbs of chia seeds

Blend all ingredients together until smooth, add toppings and enjoy!
