Making homemade nut butter is very simple. You just need to put the nuts in a food processor and mix, mix, mix until the consistency is smooth. This process might take a few minutes, so just be patient. 

What are the benefits of nuts ?
Nuts are filled with unsaturated fats, including mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats, also known as the ‘good fats’. These types of fat can help lower the bad cholesterol in the body. Nuts also contain omega-3 fatty acids, a type of poly-unsaturated fat found in fish. This plant source of omega-3 is beneficial for heart health.
Nuts are a good source of fibers for intestinal regularity and protein as well.
