Banana Pistachio Ice Cream

Do you love eating ice cream but always feel guilty after eating it? Well now you can enjoy this treat guilt-free! Dairy free and without any added sugar!

Preparation time: 10 min + freezing



  • 3 bananas
  • ½ cup of unsweet enriched soy beverage
  • ½ cup of pistachios
  • ¼ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder (optional, for more chocolatey flavor)


  1. Slice bananas and freeze overnight
  2. In a mixer, chop up frozen bananas
  3. Add soy beverage and mix until smooth
  4. Add pistachios and chocolate chips and mix for a few seconds
  5. Serve and enjoy!
