Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- ½ cup of unsweet enriched soy beverage
- ½ cup of pistachios
- ¼ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbs cocoa powder (optional, for more chocolatey flavor)
Preparation:
- Slice bananas and freeze overnight
- In a mixer, chop up frozen bananas
- Add soy beverage and mix until smooth
- Add pistachios and chocolate chips and mix for a few seconds
- Serve and enjoy!
