Fat Talk Free Week

Weight is just a number. Do not solely base yourself on this number and most importantly, do not let this number run your life! Ask yourself “Am I healthy? Am I happy the way I am?”

Ps. Only eating salads all day everyday DOES NOT help you lose weight in a healthy way! Store bought or pre-made salads often have too much fat and not enough protein to help you lose fat in a healthy way.


What is in my salad?

  • 2 cups of Baby Spinach and Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 – 1 cup of Cauliflower
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup of Large Lima beans
  • 2-3 tbs of Home made creamy dressing

What is in my home made creamy dressing?

  • 3 tbs of light mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 – 3-4 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 2 chopped green onion
