Rosemary Beet Chips

  • 2 Medium sized beets
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of dry rosemary



  1. Preheat oven at 375 F
  2. Wash beets thoroughly, and cut into 0.25 cm slices (I used a mandolin for this step)
  3. In a bowl, mix sliced beets, vegetable oil, salt and rosemary
  4. Place each slice on a baking tray lined with a parchemin paper, and bake for 60 minutes while flipping the chips once halfway through the cooking. Remove from heat and enjoy!
