Sometimes, it is difficult to find creamy dressings that are also low in fats. Here is a creamy dressing recipe that you can use on your favourite greens.
Servings: 2-4 servings
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1/4 cup of light ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- Mix together the ingredients, until smooth. Enjoy with your fave veggies. I put it on a kale salad with shredded carrots, orange, cranberries and tempeh.
If you use your salad as a meal, do not forget to add a protein, such a beans, lentils, tempeh, fish, poultry, etc.
